To all of my ecomoderate readers…

The time has come for me to focus more time on my growing eco-friendly baby care product business, Elements Naturals.  My first product, 100% Natural and Renewable baby wipes, the first 100% compostable baby wipe on the market is flying off the shelves and it seems at times impossible to keep up with writing my witty postings for everyone. But, I will return once things calm down, and may even surprise you with a random post every now and then.

1.  You can clean your toilet with 1 teaspoon of Tang Drink Mix. The citric acid is a nontoxic scrubber. Let it sit for a few and swish and flush.

2.  A slice of lemon, Salt and ice will disinfect your disposal. Throw it all in and run it for a bit. Your disposal will thank you.

3.  Your kitchen sink has more bacteria than your toilet seat.  Hard to believe, but true.  Disinfect it by cleaning with hot soap and water, then spray distilled vinegar on it, and a spray of hydrogen peroxide (do not mix the two…not a good idea) and presto..bacteria free sink.  Rub some mineral oil on it if its stainless steel to prevent build up and keep it shiny.
